They provide a suite of eCommerce and mobile ordering products which enables real-time integration to ERP and back-office systems and connectivity to digital marketplaces on one secure platform. Aphix develop the software themselves to address complex B2B processes of wholesalers, manufacturers and distributors across the globe.
Aphix Software approached Boost through a recommendation as they had ambitious plans to scale and grow, particular in the UK market initially. Boost worked with their CEO and the wider team for three years helping to put in place the right sales, marketing and business processes required to facilitate growth.
Business Processes & Structures
Boost implemented a new management structure and related business processes to gear the business for its aggressive growth strategy. This included the development and implementation of a 1 page business plan, strategic business advice and support for the CEO and senior management team.
Sales & Marketing Structure
Boost also worked with the CEO to implement new sales and marketing business processes and management structures. This included the recruitment of new sales staff, mentoring, training and development. It also included the set up of new sales processes and systems and the launch of a formal marketing team and department.
Export Sales & Business Development
Boost also supported the CEO and Aphix Software with the development of export markets. This included responsibility for supporting the development of the UK market with support from state and trade bodies such as Enterprise Ireland. Part of the strategy was the set up and development of a Channel Partner strategy in the UK.

The CEO benefitted from having a sounding board from a trusted advisor with strategic business advice and recommendations to when required in order to best enable the fast growth of the company.
