Keelings Knowledge provides companies operating specifically in the Fresh Produce industry with a complete Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution and expert consulting services to help them manage and grow their businesses. Operating since 2012, Keelings Solutions has a successful track record. However management were aware that the sales and marketing function could be refined to take advantage of the opportunities in the marketplace.

Keelings Knowledge engaged Boost Your Sales to implement sales and marketing best practices with a particular focus on the international expansion.

International Sales Strategy

We also provided strategic business development advice, working with management to implement sales and marketing expansion plans for the Dutch and German markets. This included developing a one page sales plan, market research, appointing a direct salesperson, finding channel partners and attending trade shows.

Marketing Activity

BYS prepared a marketing plan to maximise the opportunities from its attendance at an international tradeshow, Fruit Logistica, in Berlin. This included project managing an upgrade of the website with a focus on the international market and a new CRM system to more effectively track prospects, leads and opportunities. From there, email and direct mail campaigns, including a unique postcard campaign, were used to reach out and engage with our target market segments. In addition we coordinated the development of new collateral including case studies, a corporate brochure and promotional video.
