Founded in 2015 by Joe O’Reilly, our team has over 50 years’ experience providing solutions for effective sales and marketing growth.  Since 2015, Boost Your Sales has assembled and worked with an impressive client base helping them to increase their sales, mature their marketing and develop their businesses at home and abroad.

Joe O'Reilly, Managing Director

Sales, Marketing and Business Development Expert, Joe O’Reilly spent the first period of his career driving success for companies such as ITG, Work Stations Computer Group and Diageo before he became founder of IT Force, an IT outsourcing, managed services and IT contracting services provider in 1999.

Following 16 successful years developing the IT services company into one of the leading organisations in Ireland, Joe sold his shareholding in 2015 to set up Boost Your Sales. Joe did this so he could focus on his passion – helping growth-focused people and companies to do just that. Grow! 

Joe is a qualified Executive Coach having completed his Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching.  He is an accredited member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).  Joe’s vision is to enthusiastically partner with clients to help them implement real change in their personal and business lives in line with their core values and beliefs.

Joe is a Mentor for Enterprise Ireland, Local Enterprise Offices and The Innovation Exchange. He is a Sales, Marketing & Business Development Expert, Business Strategy Advisor, Certified Business Mentor and MD / CEO Coach with growth-focused IT, technology & other companies in Ireland.

John Paul O'Keeffe, Marketing Director

Marketing Expert John Paul O’Keeffe has over 20 years experience driving success for Irish and international IT, technology and other services companies. 

John Paul specialises in integrating both traditional and digital marketing practices to drive aggressive growth strategies for clients. He has worked across the full marketing spectrum including market research, brand strategy, international market entry, lead generation, public relations strategy, event management, digital and social media marketing in addition to team development, management and mentoring. 

John Paul works extensively with Irish SMEs and mid-market firms looking to grow at home and away. He has strong marketing and communications experience in director, consultant, advisory and mentor roles, working predominately with business owners and ambitious marketing teams. He helps his clients strategise, build, plan and execute their marketing and communications to drive growth in Ireland and into export markets.

John Paul is a Political Science and Business Studies graduate from Trinity College Dublin, holds a Masters Degree in Marketing from Dublin City University, a number of qualifications from the Digital Marketing Institute and an accredited coach via an Advanced Diploma in Executive, Leadership and Personal Coaching.
